Everyone in the family has had a first this weekend.
Bradley - first oil change. He waited patiently while the dealer changed the oil. We had time to look at all the shiny new cars. Bradley made a careful inspection of the cargo capacity of the Ridgeline, CRV, Odyssey, Pilot, and Element models.
Ben - first Baby Einstein. Bradley monopolizes the DVD player so much, it wasn't until now that Ben got a turn.
Mom - first full night sleep in at least two weeks, probably longer. Ben and Bradley both slept through the night on Saturday and that means so did mommy.
Dad - first bout of the flu. It is not pleasant. It is like a cold, but with a triple dose of soul crush. The good news is that he is almost over it. The bad news is that he missed the triathlon on Sunday.

The Tooth Is Out There
Ben's first tooth finally broke through. We discovered it early on 2/13. Bradley's first tooth showed up on Christmas. Ben just missed sharing a holiday with Lincoln. Instead he has to share it with Saint Beatrice.

He's Smarter than He Looks
We needed to use a heating pad on Saturday. Due to the kitchen remodel, we weren't exactly sure where it ended up. Mommy was checking the cabinets in the family room. Daddy started looking above the stove. Then, Bradley says, "look above the refrigerator". I opened the cabinet and BAM there it was. I wonder if he can find my missing credit card.

Introducing Sir Benjamin Newton
You are looking at a future physicist. Eating carrots is not interesting enough for Ben. He likes to multi-task and perform gravitational experiments during dinner. This picture captures the rare instance where his spoon (or whatever you call that thing) is not not hurtling towards the ground. Every time he drops it, he leans over and looks at with an expression of "I wonder how that happened."
